Training

Every technician we hire receives a 240 hour course in installation and safety procedures including three weeks classroom training and three weeks on the job training with an experienced technician trainer. This allows our technicians to provide knowledgeable, professional, and courteous service to our customers and equips them to handle the variety of conditions and challenges they face in the field. Every technician receives training in our written safety policy, and the company holds weekly meetings to keep safety in front of what we do. The safety of our customers and employees is a priority in our company.
